These Terms of Service govern your use of the LightHealth website (lighthealth.com) and your purchase of products from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Products and orders
All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including after confirmation, if we identify a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor variations in appearance may occur. We make no warranty that products will meet any specific medical or therapeutic outcome.
LightHealth products are not medical devices
LightHealth products are wellness products designed to support your natural circadian biology. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. If you have a health condition, please consult your GP before purchasing.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of order. We use a secure third-party payment processor and do not store your card details.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. While we aim to meet these estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, contact us at returns@sensiobiolabs.com within the 14-day window. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty.
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our cost.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Sensio BioLabs Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any product or order is limited to the price you paid for that product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
